Marco Revedin’s education – Marco Revedin earned his degree in Food Science from the University of Technology of Vienna, Austria in 1998.After studying Food Science at the University of Technology of Vienna, he worked as a scientist at the Austrian food company Goldmund GmbH, where he played a key role in the development of a new line of processed food products. In 1998, he moved to Italy and started his career at the Italian food trade agency, Italian Trade Agency (ATER). From October 2013 to October 2016, he was Executive Vice President at Cipriani. between January 1999 and March 2013, he was also Executive Vice President of the Swiss food company Nestle AG., a position he held until his recent move to the with Brooks Brothers as a Co-Founder and Partner. At Brooks Brothers, he also played a major role in the development of the company’s Hotel Group.In his previous roles, Marco Revedin has been regarded as an expert in Several Hotel Categories, including: steak house and seafood, brasserie, three-star andFour-star hotels. In addition, he is an expert in Food Hotel Management and Food Service Management.
