My work experiences at SeaVees, Inc., Pentland USA, and Atlas Snow-Shoe Company have taught me valuableulent about the marketing and communication challenges of fashion footwear brands. In my time at SeaVees, I was responsible for building and overseeing a department that grew the company YoY with purposeful, measurable programs and bold customer acquisition strategies. My strategy for turnaround at PentlandUSA was to first build brand awareness and then identify and execute aggressive marketing and communication campaigns to drive audience engagement and loyalty. In my role at Atlas Snow-Shoe Company, I successfully opened the first Timbuk2 retail concept shop and expanded the international retail program. All three of these experiences taught me the importance of effective grassroots marketing and communication programs, which are essential inDriveting future LTV and loyalty.
