Leonel Andrade has experience in different sectors of the economy. Andrade has also been involved in Paraíba, and has worked in different industries, such as the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.Andrade began his career as a CEO at Cotia Doce, a marketing and business consultancy company. From there, he moved on to become a CEO at Visa Brasil, a multinational credit card company. In May 1996, he became the new president of Cotia Doce, and he remained in that position until December 1998. From there, he started his own business, Losango, which was a producer of agricultural products. He then left Visa, and started working at Lavi, a consulting company specializing in human resources management. Lavi was founded in November 2003. Andrade was the company’s first CEO. He served in that role until February 2021.Andrade has been involved in a number of managerial roles at various companies. He was the founder and CEO of Vibra Energia, a Brazilian energy company. He also served as the CEO of BR Distribuidora, a Brazilian retail firm. Andrade was also the CEO of Lojas Marisa, a retailer focusing on Brazilian cosmetics. He left BR Distribuidora in January 2013 to become the CEO of Smiles, a retailer focusing on European and American-owned Judaica and Judaica-related products. He was in that role until May 2019. Andrade also served as the president of Credicard, a Brazilian credit card company. From there, he started his own consultancy, NeoFeedBrasil. From there, he moved on to the presidency of Lavi, which was created as a result of his collaboration with Lavi.
