Laura Bertarelli Hamilton has over 10 years of experience working in the field of Business Intelligence and Analytics. During this time, she has worked at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Accenture. In her time with Deutsche Bank, she was responsible for business intelligence development and technical architecture across the Corporate Function. She also worked as the CIO of Stress Testing, Risk, Legal and Compliance in the Americas, and led the technology strategy and delivery for the bank at Board, Executive Steering and Regulatory meetings. Laura Bertarelli Hamilton has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, concentrations in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware. Additionally, she has a minor in International Business from Lerner College of Business and Economics.Since she’s young, Laura has been fascinated by the process of education and learning. She has always been a highly motivated student, always pushing herself to do better than what she had done before. When she was younger, she started to take interest in studying for the Vocational Aptitude Battery (VAB), which is a test used to evaluate a person’s vocational abilities.She had about a 3 out of 5 on the VAB and her parents were quite happy with her results. They were also able to get her a job as an account representative in their company. This was a really good opportunity for her, as it allowed her to learn more about the business world and get experience with different companies.After her experience with the account representative job, she decided to move on and study business administration at the University of Delaware. She did well in her studies and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1992.Since then, she has always been a motivated and dedicated student. She has continued to work as an account representative and have enjoyed her experience very much.
