💼 Past Experience

In his previous positions at different companies, Kruse has strongholds in both strategy and technology. He has a strong understanding of both how to create value for customers and how to innovate to stay ahead of the competition. During his eight years as CEO at Bühl GmbH and later as President at the company Mader GmbH, Kruse was responsible for a broad range of core business activities such as product development, marketing, sales and customer service. He also led the company through an intense expansion, growth and rewrite of its company structure. As President, Kruse was also responsible for the company's strategy and product development, as well as coming up with new and innovative marketing concepts. Consequently, he was able to guide the company through a period of rapid growth and major changes, which saw it achieve nearly €10 million in annual sales by 2008.Klaus Kruse has a BA in business administration from the University of Cologne, where he also obtained his doctorate in business administration.

🎓 Education

Klaus Kruse's education stopped at the Max Planck Gymnasium. He then transferred to the University of Heidelberg, where he studied law. After completing his studies, he worked as an attorney for a few years before starting his own law firm. In 1984, Kruse again transferred to the University of Heidelberg, this time studying law at the Humboldt University of Berlin. From there, Kruse moved on to the University of Freiburg, where he completed his studies in1989. He then passed his law exams and got a job in a law firm. Kruse's work experience and education have prepared him for his current role as a lawyer.

Klaus Kruse received his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark in 2003.Klaus Kruse has been working as a professor at the Technical University of Denmark (TUdjeco) since 2006. prior to that, he was a research associate at C.H. Beck in Denmark.Klaus Kruse lectures on "MEMS Microsystems - From Signals to Fraser-Murray Machines" and "Basic Mechanics of Aerospace parts and Structures" in the Masters degree program at TUdjeco.Klaus Kruse has been working in the field of MEMS technology for the past 5 years. His Ph.D. research at the Technical University of Denmark focussed on the study of MEMS MEMS individual resonator modules.Since his move to the USA in 2013, Klaus Kruse has been working as a research associate at the University of Utah in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering. his current focus is on DESIGN and NON-LINEAR MEMS processing. He is also a visiting professor at the Technical University of Denmark, where he is teaching a Master's degree course in MEMS technology.Klaus Kruse is a member of Sigma Xi, IEEE, and the Danish Academy of Sciences.
