Maintained processes and routings for the manufacture of component parts. Processed ECO’s & ECN’s. Worked with design engineering to produce a well-designed and manufacturable product. One set of maintained machining programs for the machining of ship engines; programs would run 1008 hours to complete 1 unit. Developed the manufacturing of, and introduction of a new product called S-Class fish tape within the first four months of employment; previously, the company had struggled with this project for four years.
