💼 Past Experience

The first time I ever represented a client in a high-stakes product liability case was in the early days of corporate America, when my firm was just starting out. We represented a company who was caught manufacturing a defective product. The product was so dangerous, it caused the death of a customer and dozens of injuries. We received a $50 million dollar verdict.In recent years, Ken Moll has represented clients in a wide variety of product litigation cases. My experience with defective drugs and medical devices is separate and albeit as harrowing. A few years ago, I represented a client who successfully won a $36 million dollar verdict for her family in a defective opioid overdose lawsuit. And in 2014, I represented a family who won a $7.9 million dollar verdict for their infant daughter in a case involving a defective play mat.When it comes to targeting high-stakes product liability cases, my firm has a couple of specialist areas of expertise. We are able to have discussions with the manufacturers of products in order to get their feedback, and we also have a lot of experience with defective drugs and medical devices.Overall, I have had a lot of experience with product liability litigation and I believe that I am very well-suited for the task of handling these kinds of cases. I maintain close contact with my clients and their families, so that I am always able to offer assistance in any way possible. Ken Moll's education and work readiness lie within the field of sociology. Ken Moll completed his undergraduate degree in sociology at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980.Ken Moll spent two years of his undergraduate degree at Madison Area Technical College before earning his Juris Doctor at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1988. Following his law degree, Ken Moll spent three years working at the Chicago-Kent College of Law before finally moving to Madison, Wisconsin to become a legal analyst. Ken Moll has been working as an legal analyst since 1988 and has experience with a wide variety of legal scenarios.After several years of experience working as a legal analyst, Ken Moll decided to move to a new field and take a course in cold case law to become ready for any cold case case that might come his way. Ken Moll enrolled in the course and completed it in 2006 and has since been using it as a steppingstone to becoming a full-time cold case detective. Ken Moll has since solved over 20 cold case cases and currently subscribes to the cold case detective protocol.
