Recruiting Manager - Infrastructure Engineering at Wayfair from March 2017 to October 2017 (8 months) in Greater Boston Area.Overview of my positionAt Wayfair, I was a Staffing Manager for their Infrastructure Engineering department. In addition, I was quick to adapt to new challenges and took advantage of the ever-changing landscape of the software engineering profession. I am excited to transfer to Spotify as their Senior Engineer Recruiter.Associate at Global Rescue LLC from August 2011 to February 2013 (1 year 7 months).Overview of my positionAt Global Rescue LLC, I was an Associate for one year from August 2011 to February 2013. My role at Global Rescue LLC was to provide customer service and door to door recruiting for a grant funded promotion for a non-profit organization. In this position, I recruited and managed the door to door operations for the non-profit organization. I was also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for the team, as well as continuing to grow the team through development opportunities. I am excited to transfer to Spotify as their Senior engineer recruiter.

Kelly Hopley has a background in Spanish Language and Literature from Dartmouth College where she also earned a B.A. in 2007. She then completed herMiddle/High School at Kent Denver School from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, Kelly has been working as an English teacher for 3 years.At Dartmouth, Kelly was a co-editor of the Dartmouth Review of Spanish Literature and Theory, a member of the Canto Público Literary Fellowship, and speaker at the MLA Workshop on the Translation of Spanish Literature into English. Kelly has also been a poet and guest editor for the poetry anthology, Best Wishes, and the book of poems, A Good Life.Kelly Hopley is currently a substitute teacher in the Denver School District.
