💼 Past Experience

I began my career as a news intern at KTVU Channel 2 in Oakland, CA in 2010. In my time at KTVU, I covered a wide variety of events and stories from 4am-9am. I wrote and edited news anchors' scripts, retrieved, cued and edited Broll footage for live stories, and trained and coached new interns. I was a valuable asset to the journalism department at KTVU and am grateful for my time there.

Keely Cork has been working as a documentary filmmaker since she was 20 years old. Cork started out as a video editor for projects she was involved in as a high school student. She then worked her way up through the ranks at three different video production companies, eventually joining her current position as a documentary filmmaker at Neon. Neon is a Hollywood production company that has worked in the independent and Hollywood film industries. In her job at Neon, Cork is responsible for producing and editing documentaries for a variety of productions, including feature films, television pilots, and commercials.Keely Cork has a strong background in communication and media studies. Her undergraduate degree from California State University-Chico provided her with the skills and knowledge she needs to produce quality documentary films. Cork is also experienced in guideline editing and post production. In her career as a documentary filmmaker, Cork has learned how to handle the editing and post production process, which has made her a critical success in her field. In her free time, Cork enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
