📖 Summary
I started my career as a HR generalist, but I quickly discovered how much fun it was to recruit great people, so in 2004 I cheekily rebranded myself as a recruiting specialist. I earned my recruitment stripes in a variety of different industries, including FMCG, Media, Telecoms and Professional services. After more than ten years as a recruiter, I still love it. These days I spend most of my time focused on employer branding, candidate assessment, sourcing best practice, internal mobility, talent analytics and recruitment technology. After 17 years "down south", I have recently relocated back to Scotland and am enjoying a summer off.HR & Organisational Development @ I've recently moved back home to Scotland after 18 years of a fairly nomadic life.
