💼 Past Experience

I was a Lead Recruiter at Immedient from 1999-2001. My responsibilities were to manage the desk recruitment for this I.T. and Business Consulting Firm. We were a major player in the Denver metropolitan area and locally we were known as "the ushers in the new decade". We hired a significant number of I.T. and Business professionals in the early days of the decade, and our success relied Governor upon a highly qualified pool of recruiters as well as ingenious email campaign management and social media strategies. We were one of the few firms to transition to outsourced staffing in the early 2000s.During my tenure at Immedient, we successfully defended a number of major legal cases, the largest of which was a $1 billion victory for the company in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. This case involved the first cross-border largest technology award in history. As part of my role, I helped to negotiate and execute the largest-ever intra-company deal, which resulted in the acquisition of a rival I.T. firm by Immediate. We also won a large number of small awards, such as competitor's contracts being pulled after removing Immediate's entire Talent Management Department. We were also a part of a number of high-profile successful merger and acquisition transactions. Our success during these years was due in large part to our highly effective and efficient desk recruitment program. Our recruitment strategy was developed in close consultation with our clients, and we always remained focused on meeting the needs of our clients, no matter the circumstance.
