💼 Past Experience

Born and raised in Amritsar, Punjab, Kapil Popli has always been interested in technology and has wasted no time in becoming a leader in the field. He has held a number of positions in the past, most notably in the Practice Head - IT/Telecom/E-Commerce at Fillers Consulting Group from May 2009 to November 2015. He also held the position of Sr. Manager/Manager - Staffing (IT/Telecom) at Fillers Consulting Group from January 2008 to January 2009.At Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd., Kapil Popli is aVP - Search & Selection. He will be helming the searches for the new CEO of the company for the next three years. He has also been entrusted with the responsibility of IPA (Inspection, Performance Management, and Auditorial) for the company. He has also been charged with the responsibility of sensitizing the company’s employees about the issues of Substitute Teachers, i.e. if a new CEO is appointed, the employees are required to get substitutes trained.Prior to his current post, Kapil Popli was a Vice President - Search & Selection at Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. He was responsible for the selection of candidates for various executive and technical posts in various industries. He also had a hand in the selection and promotion of employees.Kapil Popli has a degree in Business Administration from Amritsar University.
