Co-Founder and Co-President @ Charitywear is a student-run non-profit apparel organization that raised money for charitable causes by selling t-shirts.
• Created our keystone campaign, the Play Big Game, that sold over 3,000 shirts to raise $25,000 for the Play Big Scholarship Fund.
• Initiated partnerships with the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Republic, Arizona Central, Channel 3 News and various other news outlets to market our product leading to $35,000 of donation money.
• Supervised preliminary graphic design, manufacturing, accounting, finance, marketing and the rest of the supply chain for Charitywear. From August 2012 to May 2015 (2 years 10 months) Director of Abby Lee Farms Farmers Markets @ Abby Lee Farms is a Farmers’ Market booth that sold to the greater Arizona population. Our products sold at 8 different markets throughout the valley as well as to ChowLocally and several restaurants. Abby Lee Farms’ mission was to deliver fresh, local, and delicious product direct to the consumers.
• Directed the marketing, sales, and business development during the 2013/2014 season.
• Recruited, hired, managed, and trained 10+ employees while monitoring wages, employee satisfaction, and personal
development.
• Negotiated deals for farmers with large distribution chains, thus directly contributing to the sale of thousands of pounds of
produce per week.
• Developed online presence for the company generating thousands of views a month to our website and over 3,000 followers
to the Instagram page. From January 2012 to May 2015 (3 years 5 months) Office Intern @ Quality Growers has dozens of acres of hydroponic greenhouse throughout Arizona and specializes in houseplants as well as produce farming.
• Used excel to categorize and map company expenditures with 2B Splits to show the company where they spend most.
• Developed a tracking system that mapped their employees’ efficiencies for picking produce. Using Excel, my program told
the company the precise value of every “picker” as well as areas of improvement.
• Digitally catalogued hundreds of varieties of plants to help sort the company’s inventory, thus saving the company time and
money in manual labor. From June 2014 to August 2014 (3 months) High School Entrepreneur Alumni @ I developed skills in sales strategies, business practices, and public speaking at this entrepreneurial crash course. Over five days, I built a team, created a pitch deck, and spoke in front of a live audience. My team was awarded "best presentation!" From July 2014 to July 2014 (1 month)
