BARlow holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Management from George Mason University, where she also served as an undergraduate manager. After completing her studies at James Madison University, where she earned a Management/Marketing degree, BARlow has more than four years of experience in the management field. In addition to her business experience, BARlow hashens a degree in Political Science from George Mason University. This provides her with the understanding and knowledge necessary to effectively teach and manage classroom moments. Barlow's educational background also provides her with the foundation to help students achieve success in their college and career pursuits.From October 2019 to October 2022, BARlow was an appointee of the James Madison University Board of Trustees, where she served as a representative for the Development and Marketing Departments. Additionally, BARlow also served as a member of the Executive Committee and chaired several committees, including the Senate Committees on Development and Campus Life.
