I am from Beijing, China and I have been working in the Investment Banking industry for 11 months. Over the course of my 11 months of work at Goldman Sachs I worked on a team of 3 analysts and I was responsible for the review and monitoring of a number of investment banking reports. My main responsibilities were to identify opportunities and analyze the financial impact of potential mergers and acquisitions, and to provide presentations to financial management teams.My last 6 months at Apollo Global Management LLC were as an Investment Analyst. I was responsible for the review, monitoring, and analysis of a number of private equity investments, including a $2 billion purchase of European wine producer ZYX sharing ownership between Rothschild and LSE Ventures. I also authored a research paper on the potential benefits of investing in private equity and published it in a peer-reviewed journal.Overall, I have excellent experience in the Investment Banking industry and I was very happy with my experience at Goldman Sachs.
