Jalmen sat down with me to go over her career experience so far. Jenna has been working in customer service for a new restaurant called Grilled Cheese & Bacon and loves every minute of it. She credits her job with making her better ATG Certified (advanced Tiramisu Guild) and has learned a great deal about customer service and how to interacting with different kinds of customers. Jenna can help to improve customer experience through her knowledge and understanding of the system.Near the end of her career, Jenna would like to move up and enjoy a career where she can learn more about customer service and take on more managing responsibilities. Jenna has also enjoyed her time working with marketing and social media, which have taught her a great deal about customer service and online customer interactions. Jenna is excited to have enjoyed such a diverse and successful career in customer service and would love to see her continue to learn and grow in this area.

Jenna Kalman's education Background:Jenna Kalman is a graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) program in Health and Human Development, at Penn State University. Jenna spent her junior year at the ISI Florence program in Italy, during which she was a part of the program's Semester Abroad program. Jenna's degree in 2016 earned her a spot at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine as a Resident in gynecology. Jenna has also completed pre- residency training in surgery at the Kimmel Cancer Center in Philadelphia. Jenna Kalman's experience working in a professional setting has helped her to overcome her past challenges and become a stronger individual who can handle difficult challenges.
