With over 200+ digital CX engagements, valued from $5M to $50K well before a URL was common language there isn't much I haven't seen or had to manage when it comes to digital technology. I've worked across most sectors (some I love, some I choose not to work in again) and most sized organisations, along with everything from open source through to large scale enterprise level technologies.
My Agile Coaching and leadership has included both managing my own workforce as Brabham Group along with working with clients to implement agility into organisations.
