Jan Windt started her career as a Finance Director at International food company, Unilever. After several years of experience, she became the finance director for our Ice Creams Sourcing Unit. Her responsibilities included developing and reviewing pricing policies, working with our strategy chapels and ensuring that our products were top quality. Jan also directied the company's spending on research and development. From 2006-2008, she was the controller of food company, Unilever Europe. At Unilever Europe, Jan was responsible for all aspects of our branded food businesses in the European Union. Her main achievement at Unilever was driving expenditure down to levels that were below those of our global competitors. Overall, Jan played a significant role in shaping the direction and strategy of Unilever Europe. From September 2010-January 2015, she was the finance director of the food company, Fonterra Europe. At Fonterra, Jan was responsible for all aspects of our branded food businesses in the European Union.her main achievement at Fonterra was driving expenditure down to levels that were below those of our global competitors. Overall, Jan played a significant role in shaping the direction and strategy of Fonterra Europe.

Jan Windt has over fifteen years of experience in finance, strategy, and analytics, having worked in both the led and junior executive managements of organizations in the food and beverage, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Before joining Livit Orthopedie in 2007, Windt was a Controller at Unilever in Rome, where she led the company's European Ice Cream operations. Between 2001 and 2006, she wasDirector of Finance at Twynstra Gudde, a whistleblower-protected Dutch factory that manufactures and distributes dairy products. At Unilever, Windt was responsible for the strategy and financial analysis of Ice Cream businesses in the European Union, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Belgium. She also held a number of responsible managerial posts overseeing the production and distribution of Unilever's ice cream products in those countries. Windt holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands and a Master's degree from the Universiteit Utrecht in Utrecht, Belgium.
