I’ve been a Recruiter for over 10 years now, and I’ve worked in a number of different industries. My current position is as a Lead Recruiter at NaturalMotion, where I am responsible for recruiting new employees for our upcoming game development studio. I’ve also been working at Wooga for the past two years as a Lead Recruiting Manager. At Oscar Insurance, I was responsible for recruiting new employees for our customer service, product development, and sales teams. In Berlin, I was responsible for leadrecruiting at Michael Page, which included conducting interviews and getting to know candidates. Lastly, I am a Senior Consultant with Michael Page, where I work on various marketing and public Relations projects.In terms of my experience as a recruiter, I’ve found that I have a lot of skills and knowledge that can be useful in finding employees. I have experience in both digital marketing and product development. I’m also very good at following up on leads and getting in touch with potential employees. I also enjoy working with teams and working with different teams of people, which is a great quality trait for a recruiter.
