JP McCary has a long history of working in the beauty industry, most notably as a Sales, Education and Artistry at Trish McEvoy from 1999 to 2001 (2 years). In 2006-2007, he was also Assistant Vice President, Sales Education and Events at Shu Uemura, where he was responsible for strategy, products, and events. He also worked at L'Oreal from 2004-2006 as a Manager for Sales, Education and Artistry Development. From 2003-2004, he was Education Executive at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, where he helped launch the brand in 2002 and managed all aspects of the business until 2006.
