• Key deliveries include decommissioning plan, employee guidelines in easily accessible intranet portal, classroom training of all leavers, and overall site knowledge retention plan
• For iScience (300 FTEs), also lead the cross-functional team of administrators (10 FTEs) for effective collaboration during decommissioning From February 2012 to June 2013 (1 year 5 months) Information and Operations Manager (CNSP iScience) @ • Direct report to iScience Vice President and Secretary of iScience Leadership Team (iScience = Unit of 300 FTE). • Responsible for leadership communication through deliveries of key messages newsletters, coordinating regular townhalls and Webeditor of intranet portal
• Led and governed good information management through design and delivery of information management strategy by agile cross functional team
• Superuser of current collaboration tools (e-rooms) and preparation for global implementation of Sharepoint
• Key communication- and informatics- contributions as member of the iScience Change Management team that designed and implemented right organizational structure across the unit From 2010 to June 2013 (3 years) Portfolio Manager (CNSP Discovery) @ • Developed, led and tracked the project and non-project resource allocation process (approx 300 FTEs across unit)
• Designed and led the unit´s intranet portal and implemented best practice for electronic collaboration tools (e-rooms)
