My duties include: - Creation and management of TechRadar’s strategic development roadmap. - Monthly, quarterly, and annual prioritisation of TechRadar’s long-term objectives. - Resource planning for projects and support of the sites in the technology portfolio. - Running project boards and producing regular reports on on-going development for stakeholders. - Reporting internally to the IT department on requirements and new products. - Management of a junior project management who manages T3 and associated projects. - Site support – day-to-day bug tracking and management, including prioritisation of fixes for Gizmodo and TechRadar. - Management of traffic events – ie instances where traffic is predicted to be unusual. - Day-to-day management of up to five developers, supporting staff and agencies and procurement of additional resources where needed. - Project management of internal projects such as site redesigns, CMS redevelopment and new features. - Project management of external commercial projects such as Carphone Warehouse, Samsung and Dell worth between £25,000 and £1.5million. - Implementation of new project management practices, including new system induction, training and problem solving for other project managers. - Documentation, including reports and updating site wikis. - Management of QA process using department resources. - Running engineering steering groups.
