Research: HASSAN ELMCHAOURI has published two papers, "A Taxonomy of Neighborhoods in Aging Communities" (published in the Journal of Urban Economics) and "Rethinking the Aging Development Models" (published in the Journal of Urban Issues). Born and raised in Marseille, HASSAN ELMCHAOURI decided to pursue a career in education when he reached the age of 18. He graduated from Université de la Méditerranée with a degree in histoire contemporaine. After completing his studies, HASSAN ELMCHAOURI worked in several different departments of education before switching to the field of teachertraining in 2002. He has since gained a well-recognized reputation in the teaching profession, serving as a lecturer and supervisor at several Universities and colleges since then. In particular, HASSAN ELMCHAOURI has been deeply involved in the development of introductory history and European studies programs at various universities and colleges, as well as the promotion and improvement of teaching methods and student learning outcomes. In addition, HASSAN ELMCHAOURI has contributed to numerous international conferences on history and education, and has authored oredited a number of books and articles on history and education.

As a Consulting Economist, HASSAN ELMCHAOURI has worked in a number of industries such as the energy industry, development management, construction, and sourcing.
