in 2009 I was asked to shift gears and join TEKsystems newly formed Healthcare IT practice. The Team was created with highly productive, polished professionals from all across the US with a proven history of developing new business organically. Attended the HIMSS National Conferences in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In a short amount of time was able to bring in the largest Provider accounts for the Long Island office such as North Shore LIJ and Catholic Health Services. From October 2007 to December 2011 (4 years 3 months) Sales Manager @ Was at Countrywide a short time. Responsible for managing a Team of Loan Officers and drive originations. As the mortgage crisis worsened Countrywide was eventually forced to reorganize and was ultimately acquired by Bank of America. From January 2007 to July 2007 (7 months) Branch Manager @ Ultimately responsible for the P&L and day to day operations of a full service mortgage bank with 15 full time employees. Responsibilities included- Producing Manager, managing the operations team as well as the Sales Team and lastly, responsible for regulation and compliance issues with our creditors, lenders and the New York State Banking Commission.
The Bank was forced to close during the mortgage downturn of 2006.
