Provides governance and oversight for all aspects of regulatory compliance including risk assessments, policies and procedures, systems and operational testing, training programs, internal and external audits, and regulatory reviews. Responsible for compliance quarterly reports to Google Wallet Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Audit Committees for the licensed payments entities. Advisory Board at ACAMS from 2015 to March 2020 (5 years).Frank Lawrence has worked inlawyers, compliance officers, online sales, software development, and business development. In his last role, he was the Chief Compliance Officer at Facebook, where he was responsible for compliance programs and operations for the company's payments business. At Google, he was in charge of all compliance programs for the payment company's $40 billion empire.
