💼 Past Experience

Emma Campbell-My current role at PwC is as a Regional HR Director. I am responsible for theHR functions of the areas of the world that PwC offers its services. These include the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific regions. My role covers a wide range of HR issues, from replacing unbankable identification cards with Mastercard-issued ID cards to TraineeFuctions and ExitProcesses.Prior to joining PwC, I worked in the HR field at two Consulting firms. The first was Bain & Company where I was responsible for management consulting, working on troubled businesses and helping them turnaround. The second was Arthur Andersen where I worked on financial accounting, model development, and financial reporting. I gained a lot of experience working with teams and handling a variety of sensitive and sensitive customer data.I’ve also had experience in human resources. I’ve been a Controller for six years at a software company, and I’ve also worked as a Employee Relations Manager for two years. I’ve also been a Trainer for three years at a health science company. In all of these experiences, I’ve tried to combine the skills and knowledge I have gained from working with different types of firms with my current experience in HR.My projected career path would involve degrees from either a business or engineering school. I hope to eventually become an experienced Manager, or an Executive Coach. I enjoy working with teams and helping them achieve their goals. I also enjoy being able to contribute my skills and knowledge to help other teams work better.
