From the beginning of her career, Kryvova was deeply involved in the company’s technical, HR, and corporate development. She played a key role in increasing the company’s sales, and stimulated growth and innovation in all areas of the business. She also has extensive experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language and in management for businesses.In her role as CEO and Founder at SCALERS, Elena Kryvova is responsible for developing curriculum for the company’s employee training program, which employs more than 350 people. She also chairs the company’s board of directors and collaborates closely with the CEO and the divisions sheleading.
