💼 Past Experience

From 2000-2001, Ed was a Director - Large Account Implementation at Winstar Communications. In this role, he managed and controlled the entire North American account infrastructure for Winstar Communications. From 1980-1999, he was a Operations Manager at sprint. At sprint, he oversaw all aspects of storage, uploading and distributing sprint files, and providing support for their online customers. From April 2016 to August 2016, he was a Sr. Director IT Operations at Blackboard. As a Sr. Director, he oversaw all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, from developing and managing Blackboard's internal systems to maintaining Blackboard's infrastructure and systems integrity.
