What is your experience withAviation?Dr. Leader has worked in the aviation industry for over 25 years, most recently as the Chief Executive Officer at American Megatrends, Inc. from January 1995 to January 2001. Our company specialized in developing and marketing innovative air travel experiences to passengers. At American Megatrends, Dr. Leader helped lead the marketing and business operations of our company and was responsible for developing and implementing strategy for our carrier subsidiary, Air Canada. He also served as the Executive Vice President, Preference Marketing Practice at BlackJet from January 2014 to January 2015. Additionally, during his time at Air Canada, Dr. Leader was responsible for developing and administering the company’s marketing efforts, overseeing all the marketing functions of the airline andleading all the marketing initiatives, including product development, customer service and customeXation.What led you to pursue a career in Aviation?My experience with aviation first led me to pursue a career in marketing. I enjoyed working in marketing at America’s largest carrier and saw the amazing opportunities that it provides for employees to develop and deliver innovative air travel experiences to Customers. I also enjoyed my time at Air Canada and the challenges that came with running an amazing marketing organization. I am grateful for my opportunity to continue working in the aviation industry and to help shape the future of air travel.
