Donna Farrugia began her career in sales at age 21 as a customer service representative at Xerox PARC. She soon became involved in marketing, and rose through the ranks to become marketing director for Xerox South Korea. Her next role was as marketing director for the new Xerox PARC campus in Japan, where shedirected customer interactions, engineering development, and marketing resources for the new research and development center.Donna's next move came in 1996 when she was appointed as the Western Region Director, Kodak Imaging Services at Eastman Kodak Company. Kodak Imaging Services was newly created in 1978 as a division of Eastman Kodak Company. Donna was responsible for creating customer relations and marketing strategies for Kodak Imaging Services products. She also supervised a team of marketing professionals who worked to increase sales and customer loyalty.In 1999, Donna was appointed as the Global Manager, Services Marketing at 3M/Imation. 3M/Imation was merged with Fujitsu in 1997 and Donna was then appointed as the Western Region Director, Kodak Imaging Services at Eastman Kodak Company. After a ten-year journey, Donna was finally able to put her stamp on Kodak Imaging Services.Donna left Eastman Kodak Company in April 1999 to become the Executive Director, Robert Half at Robert Half. At Robert Half, Donna was responsible for all customer relations, engineering development, and all marketing functions for the company's Executive Office divisions. Donna was also the senior vice president for digital organization, overseeing all aspects of the company's digital infrastructure.Donna was with Robert Half for eight years, until she was appointed as the Senior Vice President, Digital at Oxford Global Resources / ASGN in December 2015. At Oxford Global Resources / ASGN, Donna was responsible for all aspects of the company's digital infrastructure and customer relations. Donna was also part of the company's executive leadership team which consisted ofCEO and COO.Donna was a part of the company's team which was responsible for developing and implementing Strategies and Programs to Close the Gap between Women-owned Businesses and their Male-Owned Competition. As part of her work with the strategy team, Donna was also a part of the development of the Company's strategy to become the largest women-owned business in the United States.Donna was a part of the company's team which was responsible for developing the Company's strategy to open more than one million doors for women in executive office positions.
