Factmata is a cross-platform digital intelligence company with origins dating back to 2007. We're on track to be the fastest-growing company in the world by 2020. In just a few short years, we've grown from a 2-person startup to a global superpower.2009 - 2011: I was a software engineer at Infosec Solutions, a longtime partner of Factmata. I was responsible for developing the security infrastructure for Infosec's global customer base. This involved developing patches and maintaining our70s-era Windows firewall and intrusion detection systems.2007 - 2009: I was a software engineer at Opera Software, the company that founded the Firefox browser. I worked on building Opera's web security platform, including a security research team that led the development of the first defensive countermeasures for the web. I also worked on developing Opera's password management and identity management capabilities.2005 - 2007: I was a software engineer at In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm. I was responsible for developing and debugging the company's security technologies and providing research and development support to their clients.2003 - 2005: I was a software engineer at Symantec. I worked on developing security technologies for Symantec's online customer base. Iearned my engineering badge at Symanteciacenturypalace, which is Symantec's stomping ground before they moved to Silicon Valley. I was also a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University's Department of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Laboratory.1999 - 2001: I was a software engineer at In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm. I was responsible for developing and debugging the company's security technologies and providing research and development support to their clients.1997 - 1999: I was a software engineer at Sun Microsystems. I worked on developing Sun Microsystems' security technologies including a Digital Signature Cryptography project and developing Sun Microsystems' global Data Encryption Standard project.

🎓 Education

Dhruv Ghulati has a degree in Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to this, Dhruv Ghulati studied at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Ghulati has been working in the corporate world for the past 5 years and has held multiple positions including roles at Mizuho Bank, PWC and Inmarsat. Ghulati is currently a freelance mental health consultant and will return to full time work in the near future.
