💼 Past Experience

🎓 Education

David Siren Eisner has a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Media from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master of Arts in Media Design from Keio University. A few years ago, he also received his Doctor of Philosophy in Media Design from Keio University.Both his undergraduate and graduate degreesAttended Lexington High School, where he studied music and fine arts. Siren was a part of the department of music, where he was a backup pianist and vocal Harmonica player.Siren then attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1996 to 2000. He was a part of the Media Design and Interactive Media Magellanic University from 2000 to 2009. There he received a Master of Arts in Media Design, from which he graduated in 2011.Siren currently lives in Tokyo, Japan and is working on his dissertation at the University of Tokyo in the Food Science and Technology field.

David Siren Eisner is a graduated student in New York City with a degree in Information Architecture from Keio University. He started his professional career in 2003 as a Senior Information Architect at Fusebox, where he worked on a wide range of projects. In 2006, he joined the team at Charles River Analytics, where he was responsible for the establishment of a new HCI department and revised company-wide product development process. He also led the creation of the company’s first customer advocacy operations worldwide. From July 2009 to June 2020, he was the Head of Product Design at Haven, a product design consultancy. At Haven, he was responsible for the design of all customer advocacy operations in Japan.
