💼 Past Experience

Dana CPC's various roles have taken her experience in education within the industry as well as providing recruiting expertise. She has lectured on a variety of subjects, both in-person and online, to personnel managers, human resources leaders, and educators. As a Senior Divisional Director, Accounting-Finance Division at Deacon Recruiting, Dana CPC is responsible for developing and directing all accounting and finance related activities in the company, including but not limited to mangement of the company's budget, forecasting and forecasting (including but not limited to financial statement analysis, performance measurement, and stock analysis), and providing executive level support to the Manager of the Accounting-Finance Division. Since Dana CPC’s credentialing with the state of Texas in 2006, she has been providing workshop and training on recovered communication syndrome (RCS) andDDI. She has also been providing educational days and projects for people who have recovered from these illnesses.RCS is an umbrella term that refers to a number of medical illnesses that affect the voice and nervous system. Symptoms can vary including people who have been infected with the virusylovirus (a type of flu), those who have a traumatic brain injury, or people who have a mental illness.DDI is a different type of illness that struck in the early 2000’s. The condition involves damage to the White matter in the brain. It’s not typically fatal, but it can cause major problems with communication and thinking.Dana CPC’s educational background includes a BS in Psychology from Texas Lutheran University, and a Master’s in Instructional Leadership from Texas Christian University. She also has a certification in recovered communication syndrome from the State of Texas.Dana CPC's work readiness based on her past education is excellent, and she is currently providing training on RCS and DDI to people who have recovered from these illnesses. Her experience and skills furthered her education and prepared her to provide this type of training and support. She is an excellent instructor, and her ability to connect with her students makes her an excellent trainer and support person.
