In my legal career, I have provided legal services to a wide range of clients in a variety of industries and legal jurisdictions. I particularly enjoy representing clients in the securities regulation, corporate finance, and real estate industries, where I have achieved iconic status within the legal community. In my most recent position, I am an Associate Board Member at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, where I have been a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical vehicle driver for the past six years. I also am President of Cyrus Rajabi Foundation, Inc. which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to empower remote, vulnerable individuals and families in the Denver-Aurora, Colorado Metro Area.
