Since starting out as Business Development Specialist at Institutional Investment Strategist for their clients in the Midwest and Northeast, Curtis has learned a great deal about the real estate industry. Most notably, Curtis has worked extensively on contract Negotiations and helped clients get the best negotiated prices for their properties. Additionally, Curtis has developed an interest in Instagram, which has allowed him to follow many of his clients and learn more about their businesses and interests. This moniker is meant to represent all aspects of Curtis' professional life which vary mildly in real estate because it is his passion.

Curtis Cooper has a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Curtis Cooper then went on to study at Kaplan University, receiving his M.A. in Environmental Science in 2011. Curtis Cooper then finished his studies at University of Houston-Clear Lake, receiving his B.S. in Environmental Science in 2013. Curtis Cooper is currently a graduate student at University of Houston-Clear Lake and has been working as a research associate at the department of atmospheric science at the university since summer of 2013.
