Crystal Farley has worked in customer experience for over 10 years. She has experience in many different industries, including customer service, sales, and marketing. While in customer service, Crystal has been a president and founder of a company that helps businesses improve the internal and external experience of their customers. She has also worked as a Solutions specialist at IBM and as a sales manager at Apple Retail. Crystal is also a Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Ambassador and is the Director of Education Programming for the Global Organization Women’s Entrepreneurship’s Day (WED).

Crystal Farley obtained an Associate's degree, in Transportation and Materials Moving from Community College of the Air Force in 2016. She then attended Granite State College in 2010-2014 to obtaining a BS, in Social Sciences. Crystal then attended Airman Leadership School in 2015-2015 and obtained her Non-Commissioned Officer School Diploma in Airman Leadership School.
