Team on-boarded over 600 new hires and led new hire orientation for multi-site locations. Team recognized in new hire survey for 90% satisfied score from new hire orientation. - Developed Diversity accountability template and socializing with SVP of Diversity and recruiting leadership team. - Team established and successfully implemented On-the-Spot offers for diversity events, reducing the number of callbacks and saving approximately $30,000 in reduced travel costs per event. - Sourcing team leveraged technologies, social networks and multi-media approaches to attract a broader candidate pool. Dell Global Services: Partner with Services Vice Presidents and Directors to build hiring plans and deliver improved recruiting results. Team was able to decreased time to fill by 50% and increase offer accepts by 50% within 3 months due to improved understanding of business and candidate needs. - Mentor and coach recruiting teams in various areas including diversity sourcing, research, candidate management and client engagement. Client satisfaction for team increased by 10% each recruiter as the result of better communication and reporting to the hiring managers. - Led team to Developed Diversity Tool Kit to support recruiters and managers. Ensured that 100% of interviews received refresher training and interviewer dos and don’ts handout. - Global collaboration with EMEA, APJ and LATAM recruiting teams to support global services business to resolve cross regional issues and facilitate inter-country transfers and hiring. SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources From December 2006 to October 2008 (1 year 11 months) National Diversity Recruiting Manager @ - Lead diversity recruiting effort for Deloitte consulting and work cross functionally with diversity recruiting teams, leaders and directors of campus and experience hire recruiting to implement an integrated approach to diversity recruitment. - Created and execute recruiting strategies for building a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Resulting in increased hiring results and diversity conferences. Hired 18 MBA candidates during initial implementation at National Black MBA conference and 9 at National Society of Hispanic MBAs conference. - Drive organization and event strategic and tactical efforts in support of diversity recruiting initiatives.
