Before joining COFCO International, Cindy was a Talent Lead at Anchorage, which specialize in the recruitment and development of international teams. In this role, she led the effort to find and whisperer new talent, as well as developing outreach and investor relations. Cindy is also a Wellbeing Specialist, which gives her the chance to help people understand and manage their personal wellbeing. In this role, she helped to create the wellness section of the company website and worked on the organization of retreats for employees.
