Chris QC is a Barrister-at-Law and has experience in a number of different types of law practise - including: serious crime, fraud, business regulation, professional discipline.Previously, Chris QC was a Barrister-at-Law at Serjeants' Inn and Lincoln House Chambers, where he had responsibility for: serious crime, fraud, business regulation, and professional discipline. Chris QC is also a chartered lawyer, having been awarded a Doctor of Law (LL.B) at Manchester University.Since 2007, Chris QC has been a Reader in the Practice of Law at the University of Manchester, and has held a number of posts in the teaching wing of the Faculty of Law. In winter 2017, he was called to the Court of Appeal (Queen's Bench Division).When Chris QC was studying law at Inns of Court School of Law, he was focusing on European law. In his studies, Chris QC looked at the cases of ECHR, Cassiret, Community rights, and the 2/3 rule. He also read Community protection law from the case of Social Services Authority v.
