I learnt many valuable skills and lessons during my career that I am now applying to a new career in development and mentoring. During my career I represented England at U16,U18,U21 and Saxon level. I captained Wasps in the 2013-2014 season.
I'm aiming to make connections to help me expand and develop both my business and personal skills. I am looking to develop long standing partnerships in various industries in order to provide educational opportunities, work placements and employment for the players I am currently helping to develop.Head of Off-Field Player Development @ Create and lead a Player Development Programme that will maximise individual and team off-field development. From August 2015 to Present (3 months) London and CoventryPlayer Representative London Wasps @ My Role as the Player Rep for London Wasps involved assisting players with a wide range of matters including relocation, insurance and many more. My role also includes a seat on the RPA players board, I attend regular board meetings to discuss issues raised by the players. I was vice chairman of the Players Board for the 2014-2015 season, this position involved a seat on the RPA management board. During which time I assisted with the agreement of a multi-year funding agreement and improved welfare benefits for professional rugby players. From December 2012 to August 2015 (2 years 9 months) Professional Rugby Player @ I was a member of the Wasps first team squad, competing in the Aviva Premiership, LV Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup. I was Captain for the 2013-2014 season.
