The assistance was focused on architecting a suitable Java-based error-handling framework and developing various internal Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), e.g. combination with social identity providers like Facebook and Google and service providers like Salesforce.com and Google Apps. - Solution Delivery: Successful delivery of (a) a UIS POC for a major French pharmaceutical company regarding server-side signing of clinical trail patient data on an iPad utilizing REST interfaces, (b) a Java-based integration kit to facilitate the SAML integration of web applications with a centralized identity service for a European governmental department and (c) the first European UIS onboarding’s, a Dutch world-leading dairy cooperative, FrieslandCampina, and a German multinational high-end diesel engine manufacturer, as large-scale MFA solutions for remote access touching Cisco, Juniper and Citrix technology. - Internal Training: Educating sales, as well as other IAM consultants, on UIS and establishing a centralized knowledge-sharing platform for all consultants involved based on Atlassian Confluence. - Sales Support: Supporting the sales organization as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on UIS by joining customer meetings presenting and demonstrating the service. As developer my primary focus was the development of the supporting infrastructure. - Research: Co-supervision of a 1-year research project with the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) on indoor positioning based on WiFi and location fingerprinting, targeted on Android devices.
