💼 Past Experience

I started my career as a Recruiting Ops & Sourcing Specialist at California Memory Solutions, a supplier of high-performance DDR2, DDR3 and DDR4 memory. In my role, I helped improve processes around scheduling interviews, reschedule interviews, updating candidates on progress and managing tasks in our ATS like sending offers. I also taught to find engineering and sales talent with complex boolean string logic and X-ray searching to fill our CRM with high quality candidate profiles.
