- Chad Starkey has been a Crew Supervisor at The Work Training Center, owning and operating the vending business since August 2013.- Chad, a self-starter, has maintained an upbeat attitude and been an asset to thecrew supervisor position. He is responsible for handling cash, inventory, and all aspects of operating the business. In February 2015, Chad was transferred to the title of Crew Supervisor.- Chad possesses a leadership position, being a responsible and vocal leader. His ability to communicate effectively, motivate his crew, and develop and nurture creative ideas have been a asset to the work training center.

After a two-year technical admissions process, ChadStarkey secured a spot on the Associate Manager position at The Work Training Center. His responsibilities diversity, training and developing new departments.Eclipsed by the excitement of starting his first customer-service job in his dreams, Starkey was unprepared for the rigors of the customer relations position. His inexperience landed him in his first customer service call, yelling and cursing at a patron who had been refused service.Starkey quickly learned the ropes and began to Colleagues appreciated his attention to detail and perseverance in the face of customer service woes. He slowly but surely rose through the ranks, gaining experience in a wide variety of customer service positions all while dealing with the occasional technicalasupport question.He soon recognized that his skills as a customer service representative would be an asset to his new company. ChadStarkey decided to take the plunge and pursue a career in customer service.In his free time, Chad enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife and three children, and spending time with his friends.
