Born in Melbourne, Australia, Bryony Cole has been working in the technology industry for the majority of her working life. She started out working as a digital media executive at a ski resort in New South Wales, before moving to Melbourne to work as a media producer at falls creek ski lifts. After 2 years with falls creek ski lifts, Bryony moved to Sydney to work with a media company, before moving to New York in January 2008 to take a leadership role with a social media agency. There, she worked on a number of different communications projects for a variety of organizations, including a media campaign for a national network, as well as developing social media frameworks and practices for a government context. Bryony's work also included composing and delivering content for a daily radio segment, and partnering with print media to produce and manage all digital communication channels for an alpine resort. In January 2014, Bryony moved to New York to take a senior director role at a customer insights company, Fuze, Inc. There, she was responsible for managing and presenting weekly television spots and daily radio segments, as well as capacity building and leading customer retention and loyalty initiatives across all digital channels. Bryony continues to work with Fuze as a senior member of their customer insights team, and also produces and manages the content for their blog.
