💼 Past Experience

My first job was as a project manager with Cognizant. My position was in the SVP and Global Head of AI & Analytics role and I was responsible for driving strategy and making decisions for the AI and analytics field at Cognizant. I worked in Shanghai from 2008-2011. I also held a position as Vice President and Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at Cognizant from 2011-2018. In my role at Cognizant, I led the global AI and analytics practice and were responsible for driving strategy and shaping the industry through new innovations and creating deep AI-based insights in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Customer Service, Retail, and so many others. I also worked with clients across the world and I am currently a Vice President and CIO for IBM Growth Markets. My team and I work with clients to establish their digital strategies, create new revenue streams, and gain competitive advantage through the scale and speed of AI. I am also a Global Vice President, Watson Internet ofThings Business, and a Global Vice President and CIO for IBM's Watson Pvt. Ltd. team. My area of responsibility is the Watson Pvt. Ltd. offering portfolio and I also lead the IT Transformation for IBM. I have also been working with Rational Software for Engineering for 14 years. At IBM, I was responsible for the P&L leader driving the offering and Mgmt for the Rational Software offerings across the product engineering and application lifecycle management organizations.
