After taking a welding course at Colorado State University and then working as a welder at a construction site, Endyk decided he wanted to become a professional metal worker. He also has broad responsibility for the marketing and administration of the school's talent management and acquisition programs. Endyk is also responsible for developing sourcing strategies for current and future openings and tracking, monitoring, and reporting recruitment metrics.Endyk is also a recruiting specialist at Halliburton, a global large- Employer. He distributes employee relocation programs and may administer salary increase and performance appraisal programs. He also provides guidance to projects, supervisors, and/or managers to ensure nondiscriminatory hiring practices and refers applicants for job openings.Endyk is also a HR generalist/recruiter at UPS, and he helps manage the recruitment process at universities in the Denver metro area.
