From July 2009 to June 2012 (3 years) Chairman and Board Member @ Business development in Latin America involved restructuring operations in Mexico, restarting sales and CS activities in Chile (saw ReadSoft Chile software license sales growth of >100% in 2009-2012), recruiting new Managing Director for Brazil, and building partnerships and internal competence across Latin America. From July 2008 to May 2012 (3 years 11 months) Vice President, International Partner Sales @ I spent two years in Chicago managing several strategic and global alliances and partners (HP IPG and Lawson M3 amongst others). I created and implemented ReadSoft's global Partner Strategy and Partner Program, and increase partner sales from SEK 124 million in 2006 (27% of total sales) to SEK 234 million in 2011 (36% of total sales). From January 2007 to July 2009 (2 years 7 months) Managing Director @ I started ReadSoft Norway as a subsidiary of ReadSoft AB in 2000. Focusing on partners, I grew this company on average by 30% each year, leaving it at an annual revenue of NOK 28 million and 10% EBITDA, 25 partners and more than 400 customers. Working closely with the partner community I substantially increased partner loyalty as well as ASK recognition in the region. In one year I grew the revenue from 0 to NOK 7 million and successfully sold our products in a number of key projects.
