💼 Past Experience

In 2009, Ben Whitter established himself as an author and speaker with his first book, "Human Experience at Work". Since then, Ben has appeared across a variety of industries, from human resources to marketing, to share his expert insights on how human resource management can improve business efficiency. In July of this year, he was awarded the World Employee Experience Institute's (WEEI) top prize for "Best-Selling Author" - a title he has held since 2007. In November of that year, he was a keynote speaker at the HEX Organization's "Radar Class 2021" in China, which was the largest and most prestigious event of its kind in the country. Ben's talk, "How to Build a Better Employee Experience", helped to shape the course attendees' thinking on how to improve employee satisfaction and feedback. In December of this year, he was a speaker at the Thinkers50 Awards, presenting his book, "Human Experience at Work".
