In his time as an Account Manager at Passion Radio Oxford Ltd, Ben was able to work with a wide range of clients, including many military-related businesses. He was able to gain a strong understanding of how these businesses work and how they use staffing and recruiting to reach their goals. Ben Thompson also holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.

Ben Thompson has a background in education and work readiness. He studied at Abingdon and Witney College, where he was a student of English and business studies. Ben then studied at John Mason School, where he was a student of business and education. After completing his undergraduate studies, Ben worked as a teacher in to the London and Manchester areas. In this capacity, he gained experience in different areas of education, teaching English and Business subjects. Ben then moved to Perth, Western Australia, to work as a teacher for two years. In this time, he also travelled to different parts of the world to lecture on business and education subjects. Upon returning to Perth, Ben decided to focus on his business career. He commenced working as a consultant with a business development company, and after a few years, he decided to take his business to the global stage. Ben now runs his own business, which offers consulting services in education and business. Ben is currently IN the process of writing a book on business development.
