💼 Past Experience

I am a Founder and CEO of Visibility 360. I'm responsible for increasing brand visibility and driving customer conversion for Sonoma Coast Vineyards, which is a wine cooperative. In this role, I work as a wine evangelist, which is a term that I use to describe helping other wine-makers to improve their brand visibility and build sales. I'm also responsible for the party responsible for going to wine shows and giving the wine tour for guests.Prior to that, I was the Chief Cook & Bottlewasher at Beyond - Media Agency. I was responsible for training and hiring new staff, as well as taking care of the affairs of the Vine, which is a marketing arm of Beyond. I was also responsible for the Midwest Sales Manager at Cannon Wine Limited from January 1985 to January 1992. I also had experience as the Director at Wine Boot Camp from September 1998 to January 2019.I'm currently the CEO & Chief Wine Evangelist at Affairs of the Vine. I work with winegrowers and winemakers throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona to improve brand visibility, promote their wines, and convert customers. I'm responsible for creating content for winemaking newsletters, webinars, and digital products. I'm also working on developing a wine education program that will offere different levels ofwine education.

In her previous education, Barbara Drady has RNCP, a Master's degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from Northwestern University, and a Bachelors degree in Commerce from National-Louis University. Drady is currently a tantric massage therapist, who has traveled extensively in her country and throughout the world, learning about massage as a form of healing. Drady is autodidact in both her education and work readiness, having completed many comprehensive and practical training courses, both sanctioned and un-sanctioned, in different massage disciplines. Drady brings her years of experience, education and international travel to her tantric massage treatments, and she knows that her clients can be rest assured that her skills in massage will provide deep bodily relaxation and overall well-being.

From 2001-2008, I was the Chief Wine Evangelist at Sonoma Coast Vineyards. At Sonoma Coast Vineyards, I gave talkss, gave tastings, produced wine tastings, and completely managed the wine brand. In this position, I contributed to increasing brand visibility and increasing wine sales. I also worked with the company's sales team and coordinated wine tastings throughout the company. I was responsible for the wine brand's advertising, production, and distribution. I also led the design and development of the company's wine education center.At Visibility 360, I was the Chief Executive Officer from May 2001 to May 2008. At Visibility 360, I was responsible for the overall direction, programming, and management of the company's marketing and advertising efforts. I was also responsible for the day-to-day operations of Visibility 360, which included the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, development and launching of new wines, and management of customer service.At Beyond - Media Agency, I was the Midwest Sales Manager from January 1985 to January 1992. At Wine Boot Camp, I was responsible for the program, oversight, and management of the wine boot camp. At Wine Boot Camp, I directed the development, management, and execution of new wine programs, renovated and improved the wine curriculum, and drove the wedge further between wine and wine education.
